Project Management
Bissett Resource Consultants Ltd. provides project management services for lease construction, drilling, completion, well servicing and facility construction operations. The scope of project management services includes:
- provision of prejob coordination and planning with successful jobsite services,
- provision of ongoing direction and routine technical support to jobsite supervisor,
- preparation and submission of typed morning reports to client,
- daily liaison with client,
- review and approval of invoices,
- preparation of well history reports, and
- submission of the appropriate well records to government authorities.

Well Control Management
Bissett Resource Consultants Ltd. has assisted numerous operators in coordinating wellsite services to regain control of blowout wells. The services outlined for normal project management apply to well control management. However, the time commitment, liability exposure and experience requirements far exceed routine operations.

Emergency Response Management
Bissett Resource Consultants Ltd. has extensive experience related to emergency response management. Our emergency response can be launched and managed from our state-of-the-art Emergency Response Centre in Calgary. These services are designed to help a company demonstrate control and leadership in response to an emergency by:
- coordinating appropriate corporate resources to reduce threat to lives, the environment and corporate property,
- notifying and involving regulatory agencies and authorities,
- dealing with the media,
- notifying the next of kin, and
- coordinating a postincident review.

SUPPORT SERVICES
The Bissett team delivers high quality services with the aid of a variety of resources designed to enhance our service to clients.

Our library contains a substantial collection of oil and gas books, reports, articles, journals and numerous technical directories, as well as past and present drilling and completions programs to aid our clients in a timely, more cost-effective fashion. Bissett also maintains a current collection of oil and gas regulations for British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Computer support is an integral factor in meeting our client needs. We are continuously building our sophisticated communications network using cutting edge equipment and software. This enables the Bissett team to effectively communicate with and support our field personnel and our clients during normal and emergency operations.

Nowhere is our technical capability advancing more rapidly than in our mapping area. Several innovations are coming on-stream, including above and below ground three dimensional mapping.

SAFETY POLICY
The management of Bissett Resource Consultants Ltd. assumes a strong stand on safe operations. Our employees and consultants will conduct themselves in a manner that promotes safety and prevention of accidents at all times. If working conditions arise that could be construed as unsafe, Bissett personnel are encouraged to suspend operations until remedial action has been taken.

In keeping with recognized and acceptable safe working practices, our personnel are issued fire retardant clothing for use at the worksite. As well, all personnel have received Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and Safety Training for Jobsite Supervisors. Safety is an integral part of our job and we will pursue its practice aggressively. All personnel associated with Bissett Resource Consultants Ltd. are expected to practice and promote safety.

Bissett Resource Consultants Ltd. strongly supports and is an active participant in the Upstream Petroleum Industry Task Force on Safety (UPITFOS).
